Anxiety is a very common emotion, and it can be very debilitating. If you are under the care of a medical doctor, and are using medication to control anxiety or moods, we would need to consult with your doctor as to whether hypnotherapy is appropriate.
There are many different types of anxiety, there is anxiety that is tied to a specific future event, otherwise known as worrying about something. There is anxiety that tied to thoughts, anxiety that is tied to different types of objects. There is free floating anxiety, that does not appear to be tied to anything, it just exists as an unpleasant feeling. We would need to discuss it during the intake or information gathering session, so we could have an idea how the anxiety manifests. Once we know the strategy your subconscious mind is using to generate the anxiety, we can figure out how to disrupt that strategy.
Note that if anxiety is a problem, there is usually other emotional baggage that needs to be cleared. The other emotions that can be related to anxiety are angerfearhurt and sadnessand guilt. Clearing out these is an important part of the strategy in resolving anxiety.
The emotion that anxiety is closest to is fear, when we clear the emotional baggage of past fear from your body we clear past anxiety at the same time. (Please see the above links so you know that I mean by clearing emotions from your body). Anxiety is typically fear that is future based, it is imaging a future event ending badly. Fear is in the now, stopping us from doing things, or causing us to avoid things that we may not want to avoid when we are actually in the situation. For example, public speaking. Anxiety is what people feel before they have to speak, they are dreading it, and if it's an occasion like a wedding that should be enjoyable, it can interfere with that enjoyment. Fear is what comes up in your body as you are getting up on the podium, or just about the give the speech.
So just for a minute, imagine what it would be like if you could be free from anxiety and fear. Imagine if it was gone, if it was gone from your body. What could you do? What couldn't you do? In what ways would your life be different for you and the people in your life?

Clearing Anger with Hypnotherapy in Galway

Anger is one of the most common, and it is also one of the most destructive emotions. Expressing anger can really get people in trouble, and often leads to actions that they later regret. Some people have a lot of anger, but instead of expressing it, they stuff it, and that is worse from a health point of view.
study was done in the USA, and they found that anger and hostility are major contributors to high blood pressure and heart attack, even more than stress.
Clearing anger is part of a group of sessions of therapy, where we clear the negative emotions of anger, fearhurt and sadness, and guilt.
There is a metaphor where negative emotions from the past are stored in the body, these are the negative emotions associated with unresolved incidents from the past. Your subconscious mind wants to rationalise these incidents, so the negative emotions can be cleared from past events. Clearing negative emotions is like getting rid of the baggage from the past, so it stops coming up. What I mean by this is that if a person suddenly has an attack of anger that is inappropriate, the chances are that the incident has reminded the persons subconscious of an incident from the past where there was anger, and the anger is that past anger resurfacing.
Please be aware that negative emotions are very necessary, they are unpleasant feelings, but it is important to know when your boundaries have been violated in some way. There is no way that any therapy could remove the capability of experiencing natural emotions, but it is possible to clear the baggage from the past so you have a choice in the future about when and where you need to express anger, that is if you do.
Just imagine for a moment what it would be like if you could be free from your anger, if it was gone. What would you do instead at the times you used to use anger? What difference would it make to you and other people in your life?
